Use of the service
Use CashMountain for lawful business administration only. You are responsible for the accuracy of customers, quotes, work orders, invoices, payments and any documents you create or send.
Accounts and access
Keep your login details secure. Team members should only be granted the level of access they need for their role.
Payments and documents
CashMountain helps prepare business records, but it does not replace accounting, tax or legal advice. Review all documents before sending them to customers.
Beta availability
During beta, features may change as the product improves. We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but interruptions can happen.
